Avondale University graduates will receive digitally certified copies of their graduation documents:
Additionally, a hard copy of their testamur will be given to graduates at the graduation ceremony.
Documents will be distributed through My eQuals, a secure service used by more than 50 universities and institutions across Australia and New Zealand. My eQuals is a globally recognised, secure online platform providing students with lifetime access to digital academic documents.
Note: If graduating in absentia, and you have nominated to collect your graduation folder, please collect from Student Administration Services from Monday 11 December 2023. For those who have nominated for their folder to be posted, mailing will commence from Tuesday 12 December 2023.
The Graduation and Awards Conferral Policy states the eligibility for students to graduate from Avondale and the protocols for award conferral and attending the graduation ceremony.
The Academic Documents Policy ensures the academic documents provided to current, graduating and former students are accurate, verifiable and secure, and that they meet the requirements of relevant Commonwealth and state governments, accreditation bodies and legislation.
